Located on the third floor of the Odawarabashi Wing in Tsukiji Uogashi, Toritoh Torisoba Stand (鳥藤とりそばスタンド) offers a relaxed spot to enjoy Chinese-style noodle soup focused on chicken. Opening at 7:00 a.m., it draws plenty of visitors stopping by for breakfast or an early lunch while exploring Tsukiji.

The signature tori soba brings out the rich flavor of a clear chicken stock, with diners able to choose between salt (shio) and soy sauce (shoyu) broth. The mushidori soba is another popular order, topped with a generous portion of tender steamed chicken served alongside thin straight noodles. The selection also features diverse chicken noodle variations, including tebasaki soba with chicken wings, simmered chicken tori nikomi soba, and a Sichuan-style dandan noodle bowl with mature chicken spiced with sansho pepper.

Rice dishes are well represented alongside noodles, featuring options like steamed chicken rice (mushidori gohan), a fried chicken karaage set meal, and a shumai dumpling set meal.
